Breakfast- Cinnamon Cottage Cheese
1 cup cottage cheese
1 banana, sliced
2 tbsp. natural peanut butter or almond butter (unsalted & unsweetened)
2 tbsp. local honey
1 tbsp cinnamon (adjust to your taste level. I LOVE cinnamon so I tend to add a little more).
