1 cup low fat cottage cheese in blender
½ scoop choc whey protein
1 Tbsp stevia
1 Tbsp natrual peanut butter
1 Tbsp of unsweetened backing cocoa
¼ cup unsweetened almond milk (milk or water)
Blend
Put in bowl (should be thick)
Cover with foil
Freeze for 1 – 1.5 hours
