Vanilla Cinnamon Protein Pancakes



Serves 4

Ingredients: 
1C egg whites
1C Oats
1 C fat-free plain greek yogurt
1 tsp cinnamon
2 tsp stevia
1 tsp baking powder
pinch salt

Directions: 
Place all ingredients into blender and blend until thick
Spray non-stick cooking spray on stovetop pan using medium heat
Pour batter onto pan
After a few minutes, flip pancake
Repeat process for remaining batter
Top with your favorite fruit

15g protein
2g fat
