Oatmeal Protein Bars



Creates 8 Bars

Ingredients:

300 grams oats
120 grams Whey protein powder
4 Tbsp peanut butter
125 ml skim milk
2 egg whites
250 ml applesauce
2 tsp baking powder

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F

Combine all ingredients and blend well

Pour into a greased 9 X 13 and bake for 15 minutes
