Breakfast Protein Shake



Ingredients:

¼ c oats
1c unsweetened vanilla almond milk
135g frozen banana 
1 scoop true strength protein powder
1 tsp instant coffee or 1/2 C brewed coffee
2-3 drops chocolate liquid stevia
peanut butter

Directions:
Blend oats alone first
Add remaining ingredients
Blend
