1lb filet mignon
1lb kale
1/2c olive oil mayo
1/4c water
1-1/2tsp red wine vinegar
1 tsp garlic, crushed or minced
Juice of lemon
1 tsp anchovy paste
Pinch white pepper
2 pinches black pepper
Pinch of sea salt
4 tbsp Romano cheese- optional
Directions:
Grill filet
Discard Karl leaves that are not tender
I'm a blender or food processor, add mayo, water, and vinegar. Slowly blend in garlic, lemon juice and anchovy paste, salt and pepper until dressing appears thick
Spoon dressing on kale and mix
Place kale in serving dish and add 1/4 in filet strips on top!
